You arrive to work welcomed by friends and clients that are excited to see you, love to laugh, have fun, support each other and work as a team.
The salon is beautifully cleaned and your trolley is set up ready to go. Your salon space is organised, the salon smells beautiful and the music just enhances the professional environment.
Your client visit notes are printed so you look over them whilst you finish your morning coffee. Your clients are booked in with appropriate spacing so you can ensure the most professional and thorough service is carried out.
The salon products you use on your clients are of the highest standards and the the whole salon is systemised to run smoothly.
Each week, month you sit down with Jazz to unpack your thoughts and then bounce back into the salon.
We check in regularly to see how you are going and how we can help you, so that you feel fresh, inspired and supported and most importantly valued.
Also you get to be a vital part of our team meetings where you know all about what’s going on in the salon, new products, new services. No one is in the dark as we are all one team.
You also get opportunities to come along on our road trips to travel to training events, upskilling training days.
Each day is fun and at the ends of the day, week, year you regularly go home feeling relaxed, tired Yes! but Excited for the the days ahead. Sounds amazing and we are so excited to meet.
